Cross infection Control: New Measures

We take cross infection control seriously and dentistry in general has an excellent record in this regard over the years.
However, the government has felt that a review of these processes was necessary and has now published guidelines for the way forward. 

We embrace these changes and will be spending this year working towards exceeding the essential standards required by December 2010. 

This will require additional space, possibly some structural changes, investment in further equipment and instrumentation and extra staffing. 

Charity events

On Friday the 28th October 2011 we all did “wear it pink” for breast cancer.   Denplan kindly donated an electric toothbrush which we sold raffle tickets for and the grand total made was £242.08.  Thank you to all the patients that bought raffle tickets.   The winner of the electric toothbrush was Kim Asbury.
